Tim brings over 40 years of corporate management, technology implementation, and higher education experience to Acadia Commercial. His specific previous roles include IT Support and Supervisor with GTE Data Service, Systems Engineer for Verizon Data Services, and Enrollment Manager at Indiana Wesleyan University Fort Wayne.
Broker, VP of Residential Management
Jackie brings 23 years of residential management experience to launch the Multifamily Management division at Acadia Commercial. Jackie has managed mixed use assets, stabilized properties in each multifamily class market as well as lease-up projects. She has a comprehensive background in multi-million dollar asset management including but not limited to $30M capital renovation projects, managing 100+ employees and nearly 4000 apartment homes.
Marketing Coordinator
Kate’s range of experience in both the corporate and non-profit fields includes not only office administration and coordination, but also marketing, graphic design, and budget analysis. She has worked for notable organizations across three states such as The American Cancer Society, Gibson Guitar Corporation, Vanderbilt University-Office of Development, and The Denver Zoo.
Director of Maintenance
Damion has over 15 years of experience in property maintenance, working in a supervisory position in multi-family apartment communities, shopping centers, and office buildings. Damion's expertise lies with all trade skills, general contracting, and as a certified HVAC specialist. His indispensable leadership skills and dedication to serving clients’ needs have helped our real estate assets grow in value and stay in impeccable working order.
Broker Assistant
Ashton has 7 years of experience in various roles at different non-profit organizations. Her portfolio ranges from connecting with clients on a personal level through casework to supervising a team dedicated to providing clients with whatever pharmaceutical and clinical treatments they need. Ashton’s expertise consists of interpersonal connection and high-pressure decision making.
Carter specializes for the team with market research, property analysis and financial evaluations to help the team's business growth and mission. As a former collegiate football player at the University of Saint Francis, Carter developed a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and leadership—qualities that now define his approach to real estate.
