Craig Kozlowski

Craig Kozlowski is the President of Acadia Commercial. 

As an independently owned full-service commercial real estate firm in Indiana and soon to include SE Michigan and NW Ohio, employing only commercial real estate professionals, Acadia Commercial provides brokerage and advisory services, commercial and multi-housing management, maintenance services, project and facilities management, corporate and research services, and strategic planning for real estate investments and portfolio management. 

Craig is a seasoned commercial real estate professional, having spent the last twenty-five years in this line of business. Most recently, Craig’s tenacious attitude for exponential growth in all lines of business as he places emphasis on identifying and prioritizing mutually beneficial client relationships, collaboration among departments, cross-selling growth opportunities in commercial and multi-housing property management and identifying new development opportunities. 

Prior to becoming a principal and co-founder of Acadia Commercial, he has held several key roles with Bradley Company, from Managing Director to Office Operations Manager for the NE office. His unique ability to achieve full staff productivity in the ever-changing work environment, positioned him as a leader, overseeing advisory teams, market research, client success, and performance metrics, resulting in increased profitability and reduced expense, while improving client growth, relations and retention. 

Craig’s focus remains on the commercial property and facilities management platform, while supporting all lines of business and enterprise operations including Accounting, Brokerage, Finance, and Information Technologies.
