Having been involved with over $250 million in commercial real estate transactions locally, regionally, and nationally. Tyler’s experience and expertise is vast, representing tiers of office, retail, medical, multi-family, industrial and warehouse real estate.

Since 2008, Charlotte’s commercial real estate work has centered on developing and executing high-impact commercial real estate marketing strategies, assets, and proposals.  This ranges from foundational services like company brand development, defining a mission, voice, and design, to tactical needs such as targeted social media campaign strategies and unique positioning for enhanced property visibility.

With 30+ years of experience in the real estate industry, Patrick enjoys working with commercial clients in sales, marketing, project management, and brokerage.  He embraces the unique challenges and circumstances within every project as an opportunity to facilitate a seamless plan for our clientele. 

 

Jon Symington

Jon brings a distinct competitive advantage to Acadia, by bridging the gap between property brokerage and operational reality. With over 20 years of experience in logistics and sales, Jon understands that a building is more than just a footprint.  Ceiling height, access to major roadways, overhead doors, parking and other critical components of a property are crucial for a business’s supply chain and operational efficiency.

 

Brandy Burnell

Administrator

Brandy brings a strong background in human resources and payroll to her role as Administrator at Acadia Commercial.  As a licensed Arizona Realtor, (currently working on obtaining her Indiana Brokers license) she combines organizational expertise with passion for marketing, brand visibility, and client engagement.  In her current role, Brandy supports the team by managing data entry systems, coordinating events and strategic marketing. 

 

Rosalina Pérez

Broker - Economic Development & Entrepreneurship Advocate

Rosalina Perez is passionate about helping people and communities grow through business and real estate. With a background in entrepreneurship, economic development, and leadership, she brings both practical experience and heart to her work at Acadia Commercial. Rosalina also serves as the Director of the Women’s Business Center at the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center, where she leads programs that support small business owners across 11 counties.
