Rosalina Perez is passionate about helping people and communities grow through business and real estate.
With a background in entrepreneurship, economic development, and leadership, she brings both practical experience and heart to her work at Acadia Commercial.
Rosalina also serves as the Director of the Women’s Business Center at the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center, where she leads programs that support small business owners across 11 counties. Her work focuses on helping entrepreneurs strengthen their operations, access capital, and turn ideas into sustainable ventures.
Drawing from years of experience in both nonprofit and business settings, Rosalina combines her understanding of community development with her growing expertise in real estate. She is especially committed to making business ownership and property investment more accessible for diverse and underrepresented communities. For Rosalina, real estate is more than transactions — it’s about helping families and business owners build stability, opportunity, and legacy.
