With 30+ years of experience in the real estate industry, Patrick enjoys working with commercial clients in sales, marketing, project management, and brokerage.

He embraces the unique challenges and circumstances within every project as an opportunity to facilitate a seamless plan for our clientele.  With experience in the financial, medical, dental, and national retail brand sectors he excels in performing market analytics, branch network analysis, site procurement, budgeting, due diligence oversight, contract negotiations, and management of turnkey design/build projects.

Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Patrick attended Butler University where he majored in Marketing and Economics at the Lacy School of Business.  Through his time working for his family business and being from the area, Patrick has deep community ties to Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana.  As a trusted advisor to guide you through all facets of your real estate ventures, Patrick takes his duties as a fiduciary very seriously—always prioritizing clients’ needs as his own.
